i was in a gamestop recently and i brought an M rated game (my dad was there with me) up to the cash register dude and he told me that someone did a review saying that an M rated game was worse for me than smoking ciggarettes and i was like WHAT THE %^$&!!!!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! since when did something that causes cancer than a game that says a few curse words be better for me? what do they think ill do? bomb an airport?! now ive smoked a couple ciggarettes in my life the last time i did i felt like pure crap its like the flu x 10 now ive played several M rated games ive never felt like that ever before ive enjoyed those games very much whoever said that smoking is better for me than m rated games can go eat one.
I think he's just trying to imply that games have a more negative effect on children more than adults because when you're younger, your mind is like a sponge and you absorb all of this mature content making you more likely to believe it or worse, reenact it. As you grow more mature, you realize that this is just fake and you know right from wrong.
People allways think that games are bad for us...Its annoying now, Aparently the reson why I have been eating so much is because of me playing a Kirby game. I mean Come on, I just like food...a lot.
