Ahh I remember first getting an N64 on Christmas of 2001.I still have it too.I remember my mother had gotten my Super mario 64 and Twisted edge extreme snowboarding.I also had a copy of Vigilante 8 laying around the house.

Playing pokemon statium, easily one of the best games I remember playing on the N64,so many hours logged into that game

Legend of zelda OOT,who does not remember playing this epic game. This was the first game I truly remember crying at the end because it was so beautiful

Beating Super mario 64,man I collected 80/120 stars, but seeing that ending and me beating that game was truly amazing

Wrestling games.Such as wrestlemania 2000 and No mercy were two of the best wrestling games I have ever played.

Beating Vigilante 8 with all the characters.

Conkers Bad fur day.Best platform game ever.

Pokemon snap

Mario Kart 64

My friends would come over with an extra TV, we had PD, Golden eye, Pokemon Stadium and super smash brothers. We would all play till late in the night, it was the best console I've ever owned.

I remember for the first year or so the system was out I had never layed my eyes on it, or the PS1, but I do remember when I did get it, and I got Banjo Kazooie for it. I felt sorry for anyone who had the Playstation :D They missed out on one of the best platformers ever! :)

Playing Ocarina of Time. I had lots of fun playing the game. Loved how fresh and daring the game was. The graphics were pretty awesome too.

I remember playing Goldeneye, WCW Revenge and Wrestlemania 2000 to death with friends, marveling at Zelda OoT, and the joy I had when I got a jungle green donkey kong console bundle for christmas. That console looked badass.

Oh the memories....Got my N64 in 1997? Used to play Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Glover, Diddy Kong Racing, Banjo - Kazooie / Tooie , Goldeneye, Zelda Oot / Majora's Mask, Donkey Kong Country 64, and Star Fox 64. I used to play with my bro and cousins just about everyday, having a great time. I really regret the day I allowed my mom to send my N64 to my little cousins in Colombia. Boy do I miss the N64.

I had both the N64 and Playstation. So I was lucky to play Banjo Kazooie and Tomb Raider.

I was in my early 20's when i got my N64 and ive never had so much fun with a console before or after, even up to today. Me and my friends had regular epic battles on Goldeneye, F Zero and Mario Kart that have yet to be surpassed proving u dont necessarily need HD graphics to be fun.

The times i cussed and swore at the dam lightning bolt on mario kart i cant even count, it always managed to get me just as i was about to do the jump on the stadium race meaning i fell down the gap and ended up a lap behind everyone much to the hilarity of my mates.

Aaah the memories:D

I remember the day I beat Super Mario 64 was the same day my hampster died. I thought it was an odd coincidence, but to this day I still remember the song that plays when you beat the game due to that bittersweet day.

I remember when I was like 4, me and my brother were sleeping over at a cousin's house and we rented Banjo-Kazooie...I think we nearly beat the game in one night. =) And I remember playing Smash Bros and Mario Kart with my friends a lot...=) Lots of fun, that...

I guess I should be more angry at Sony for splitting the market for software. I guess its not Nintendo's fault that the n64 had such a pathetically small amount of software. It had a cool engine that seemed to do a really good job at creating a 3d world. Mario and Zelda games where amazing. It had the best wrestling games off all time and makes current day wrestling games look like complete and utter crap. Honestly though I can't help but feel burned by the N64. It was the end of the golden era for nintendo. If they dont have the games then they just dont matter.

GoldenEye and Perfect Dark, definitely. Ocarina of Time, Conker, and Quest 64, good times. But the best was playing Gauntlet Legends with my father. He always played as the Green Wizard, and I'd play as the Warrior up front.

Oh my god, there are far too many. I'll just use a recurring one: me and my siblings playing Mario Kart, going to Block Fort, and establishing our own military bases on the forts. We'd launch a crapload of green shells into the wasteland below, just in case somebody lost their fort :P.

where to start?

I remember getting games for it for every holiday for years. It was so much fun to sit down with my sibling and just be entertained by a simple game for hours.

and then playing mario 64, mario kart, and of course pokemon stadium :P at the friend-with-the-big-TV's house.

Idk, there are more memories than I can even begin to think of with N64 :)

who doesn't remember goldeneye... everyone always knew at least one obsessive kid that was such a douchebag to play with, because he knew exactly where you were going to spawn once he killed you.
