T Rated games similar to just cause 3 for PC

I wanted to know if there are any T rated games similar to Just Cause 3 that are open world, and full of action for the PC. If you could let me know, that would be great

Man, I can't think of any. Maybe someone could make the case for Jak 2? It's not nearly as crazy, or good, but it is open world with cartoony violence.

Saints Row series, particularly Saints Row 3 and 4.

The Saints Row series is fun but they are -extremely- M rated games. If the T rating is a requirement then I'd go for Mercenaries 2: World In Flames. It came out in 2008 for PS3/2, 360 and PC. It's actually very similar to Just Cause. Open world game with vehicles including aircraft, tropical setting, military action, and over the top destruction. I played through this game when it was new and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
