Fill in the blank.
For me, it's games like FF3 and FF4 DS, and soon (6 more days :D) DQ9. Or even FF13. I don't get the hate. Oh well.
Seriously though, what games do you love that the majority might not? I'm interested.

The first harry potter for the ps1. Used to absolutely love the game as a kid lol Mirrors Edge. I don't get it but none of my friends seem to like it :Sscotty182
I love Mirror's edge. There were a few very frustrating moments though, but overall it was a really great game.
I still enjoy many of the new Sonic games. The series has dropped significantly since Adventure 2, but I still enjoy the majority of his games. Not many people will admit to liking these games though.

1. Agreed.
2. Except for the Werehog. Really didn't like those bits. Hopefully Sonic Colors will change that... plus, it looks REALLY beautiful... http://www.gamesradar.com/f/sonic-colors-finally-360-quality-graphics-on-wii/a-20100706111242529025

Oh I hated the werehog too. The daytime stages in Unleashed were the most fun I had since Adventure 2 though. But because of those werehog parts, I still say Secret Rings is my favourite Sonic game since Adventure 2. I've been watching Sonic Colors though, and I really hope it's as good as I hear it's going to be.

Just so you know you aren't the only who likes FF DS games. As for me, I'd say the games I like that noone else does are the Space Channel 5 games....Quest 64? Sure, the story was non-existent, but the battle system was rock solid and the music was fantastic.
Also, where's the love for Chex Quest?

The game that came with the cereal some time in the 90s? Are you kidding?? LOL!! I can't believe anyone remembers that! But it was terrible, sorry. :( So was the free hours of AOL. I tend to fall prey to popular games. Even the ones that fall under the radar, or get bad critic reviews, still get good feedback from the consumer masses. Legend of Dragoon is a good example....Quest 64? Sure, the story was non-existent, but the battle system was rock solid and the music was fantastic.DOS4dinnerAh, I loved that game. I played it through once when I got it in middle school. I played it through again when I was in high school. And I played most of the way through it again when I was in college. I love that game.

You apparently have not played Chex Quest 3. :P
Also, Moonbase Commander. So simple, yet so complex in its strategy.
Metal Slug. A simple yet nightmare-inducing game.Desulated
Not sure how it induces nightmares, but my cousin and I used to play it quite religiously on MAM- er, at the arcade when I came to visit. I think I was able to finish Metal Slug X in less than 20 continues eventually.
For the topic, it's SimCity for me. Most everyone I know at least acknowledges its existence, but no one else plays it. SimCity 4 is one of my all-time favorite games, and I still play it quite a bit.
Dino Crisis 2? :?

1 & 2 were good 3 was awful.
for me it's Gladius. It got good reviews and is a good game but for some reason it didnt sell well.
Sonic Heroes. Come on, how is it even a debate that this is by far the best 3D Sonic game? It took everything good about the Adventure games, made it 10 times better and took out all the bs treasure hunting and shooting levels. Not only is it my favourite 3D Sonic game, but it's one of the best platformers of last generation imo.
Far Cry 2. Loved every sun-drenched, fever-wracked minute of it. Sometimes I think I should start a People Who Really Liked Far Cry 2 Union. There can't be more than half a dozen of us so it should be easy to administrate.
The Dark Cloud games, I love Dark Cloud 2, one of the finest RPGs from last gen IMO, the first is good but not great.Im_single
I love Dark Cloud 1 and 2! Two of the best RPGs on the PS2. I wish Level 5 would make Dark Cloud 3 instead of another White Knight Chronicles game. But I don't think that'll ever happen. White Knight Chronicles was a great game, and I'm sure the next one will be even better, but I'd rather see a Dark Cloud 3.
While I'm on the subject...Am I the only one who loves White Knight Chronicles?
wow i actually thought i was the only one who didn't like this game. I guess im not alone?Far Cry 2. Loved every sun-drenched, fever-wracked minute of it. I actually just bought and completed it a few days ago. It was a lot more fun than the first one, even though the gameplay was completely different. (and people complain that RE4 changed too much) I had a lot of fun with it, though I wish it kept the real time graphics from the first game. I'd probably say God Hand. Though it has a small yet devoted fanbase, it doesn't get nearly the amount of love it deserves.Dino Crisis 2? :?
