Here's the deal; for Christmas I got The Orange Box for 360. And now I decided I would rather have it on PC. But I already opened it and played it (only for about a half-hour) and I want to return it to the store and get the PC version. Does it matter that I opened it or can I still return it and get the other one?

If you have alredy opened the game, they won't give you fully complete your money back, or change it for another one. Also depends in what stored the game was gotten from. They usually give you like $10-20 when you sell or trade a game.

Not sure about this, but I highly doubt they will trade it for a PC version.

Most stores have an exchange-only policy with opened products. So you're SOL.

Damn. Maybe I could trade it in Gamestop and put in some extra cash and get it. Oh well, I'll play with the 360 version. Thanks guys.
