The console itself is practically worthless nowadays except to collector's since both PS2 and PS3 can play PS1 games and there's PS1 games on the Playstation Network. I've seen the consoles go for as low as $15.
But with the games, that makes the whole package deal a lot more appealing. How much more appealing depends on which games they are. If they're nothing but sports games and crappy licensed-character games, then it's not gonna be worth too much more. However if you have a lot of sought after PS1 games such as Final Fantasy 7-9, Resident Evil 1-3, Silent Hill, Metal Gear Solid, etc.; then you could probably sell it all for quite a bit more.
The mod-chip also adds a bit of value to it (however keep those conversations to personal messages, the mods here are bit uptight about that one.) Not a whole lot though, I don't know about PS1 chips prices in particular, but I do know that you can get a Saturn one from a pretty popular gaming site for like $30.
