Pls List 3rd Person PC Action Adventure games post Jan 2009.

Hey can you guys tell me some good 3rd person action adventure games that were released post Jan 2009 for PC that absolutely have to be played if one has not played them before?

So any apart from the aforementioned ones? Also I want them to be compatible with and X360 controller out of the box :)

Witcher 2 is RPG but it is third person. So I recommend that and it also supports 360 controller very well. You can switch to easy mode and then you won't need to care about RPG stuff too much. On easy, it becomes hack n slash game. If you are looking for challenge then Normal mode(or higher) will do the trick.

The "Souls" series. Demons Souls (console only), Dark Souls 1 and 2. Warhammer has a hack and slash game that's pretty decent.

Those are not action adventure games.

Jus sayin....

Apart from the games I and others have listed. There is also Mafia 2. Open world action game.

FireFall and Tribes:ascend are free and can be played in third or first person.

Also the Just Cause series games and Just Cause 2 has a multiplayer mod
