Pico projectors tend to have very low lumens relative to their full sized counterparts. It's hard to tell from this video, but it looks like that one is no exception. Typically you don't want to go under 1000 lumens for a home theater-type setup and often you'll want to go higher if at all possible. They are also not full HD res in a lot of cases. The smaller ones aren't even full HD resolutions, natively. The highest res pico that I've seen tops out around 720p.
