@Lulu_Lulu Here are some similarities:
1.) Marcus in Borderlands is damn near cut and paste of Stalker: SoC's Sidorovich -- who also sells you guns, ammo and gives you missions. Same face, hair, and voice: http://stalker.wikia.com/wiki/File:Soc_siorovich_picture.jpg
2.) Bandits in Borderlands are called bandits. Bandits in SoC are also called bandits.
3.) Stalker's bandits cover their faces in coldwar-era ski masks. http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120104002318/stalker/images/d/d9/Stalker_leather_jacket_2.jpg Borderlands' bandits cover their faces in retro-futuristic ski masks.
4.) Both Stalker and Borderlands's spawns are set up the same with enemy camps often at where you enter and exit zones. This was much more a thing in Borderlands 1 though then it was in Borderlands 2.
