I'm having a hard time figuring this one out. Maybe someone can help?
-It was a Super Nintendo game.
-The soundtrack was made by a techno group called Psykosonik, at least for the US. I'm told that, when it was released in Japan, it included different composers.
-It was a side-scrolling game that featured a blond-haired swordsman that would go through different stages and fight the end boss. One of them looked like a Blanka ripoff with a long, sharp sword that he would swing at you constantly.
Any clue?

Found the intro on YouTube for Xenocracy, but i couldnt remember.
- I remember that there was one mission that you dodge an asteroid belt OR Rings of Saturn during gameplay, so there was dodging some obstacles during one of the missions.
- Gameplay is in "3rd Person View" so for a combat vehicle that would be not inside the cockpit.
Note: I am actually trying to find the name of the game because of the Soundtrack.
So it was sort of an on-rails "dodge stuff" thing like Rebel Assault?Found the intro on YouTube for Xenocracy, but i couldnt remember.

Nah, it is way different. As i said the closest is Jupiter Strike.
- I am trying to remember the graphics and they are less polygon-like, more realistic by PS ones standards. So i think it was released in the early 2000s late in the console's cycle.
Note: Just to remind you, i used to play it along with Silent Bomber at the time.

One last try: Darklight ConflictI think it was close but i never remember fighting beside huge battleships. I think i will go search more thoroughly my ps1 library, i might find it by luck.

[QUOTE="01_855403"]One last try: Darklight Conflict Nope. :( Sorry for bothering you man, either that i am missing something important, or it is just hard to find especially during the late 90s when internet searching (aka Googling) wasnt a trend. So finding it is going to be in old school physical searching.I think it was close but i never remember fighting beside huge battleships. But you deserve credit for searching with me. Man you really dug deep to find those games. Thank!

No problem, it's what I do, really. If you want to keep looking you may want to start with this. It's a pretty comprehensive list. Also, you may want to consider the option that the game was not on PS1 after all. Maybe on PC?Hmmm i think i searched that list before but not for much. Anyway i remember my Swedish relative used to play that game too, when he used to visit me (on PS1) but he was young back i doubt he remembers. The only thing he remembers, we playing Dynasty Warriors. :P01_855403Darkxide looks a lot like what we're looking for, but it's on SEGA 32X, so it can't be it.
Sounds like 'Splinter Cell: Conviction'.I played a game not far ago

it was about a man that works in an organization but then theorganization took away his daughter
so heturned against the organization to get her back from them

The details of the story are a vague memory to me but I think he does go against the organization (Third Echelon) to get his daughter back. See here for the game's plot, might ring some bells.
Well, it's not gonna be killing you anymore: Septerra Core: Legacy of the CreatorHey! I used to play a turn-based game in which the main character was a long blue haired woman and there was a robot dog that shot lasers out of his mouth. I can't remember the name of it and it's killing me.

I guess it is the game it's the closest plot to what i'm looking for thanksHey there, I'm looking for a game on the Sega Genesis(at least I played it on a Genesis emulator). I don't remember much, except the Image's name was "Shinin' something", but it definitely wasn't one of the Shining Force games. What I do remember was your character, who was a knight-looking fellow with long blond hair.
I think I remember that there was an opening movie in which he said "They're all going to pay for what they did to me", and the opening levels were in a village, where some people had gone missing recently. I also remember that one of the enemy types I saw was a green blob of goo(it wasn't a Shining Force game, I swear).
So, that's all I have, hope it's enough. Thanks in advance.

You're welcome ;)Yup, that's the one. Thank a lot, don't know why the image was called "Shinin", though.
Thanks again, I'm going to look it up in a few days to see if it's good.

Could use some help with a game I've been wondering about from time to time. Not sure where to start. I remember random moments.
I THINK the main character was in a special suit of some kind and had shades on. I might remember more things, like colors, but I'm afraid I could mix things up with something else.
There was a moment early on in the game, I think, where you walked around a facility of some kind and then some woman held you at gunpoint on your left side and demanded something from you. Maybe a chip or something. It was on your arm, I think. You could choose to either try to walk(but then you got shot and game over) or throw her what she wanted. Later on, you had to shoot mines that were moving towards you in water with like...a mounted gun perhaps. If you failed, a video would play, showing a structure blowing up with this one huge explosion sound used in old movies.
Later in the game, there was a man you had to fight by shooting him around a corner. You could shoot around the corner but you didn't see where you were shooting. There was this weird viewpoint, where you saw the main character from behind. He was sticking his arm out around the corner. You had to hit the man before he reached you and shot you in the face.
Any clue?
