NFL Blitz and a PS2 memory card

Is there any way to save NFL Blitz, you know the original Blitz that came out on the PS, to a PS2? The game doesn't seem to recognize the memory card.

There is no way to save PS1 save games to a PS2 memory card. What you CAN do (although it still requires a PS1 memory card) is save it to a PS1 memory card and then copy it to a PS2 memory card. When you go to play the game again, though, you'll have to put it on your PS1 memory card, so it kind of defeats the point.

Off Topic: Am I the only one who backs up all my PS1 save games on my PS2 memory card?
