This was the very first game I cut my teeth on when I came to live in Japan. When I went back to the States when it finally released there in 2000, I was a Gameworks God. It really doesn't feel all that long ago....and it makes me feel old.
10 years huh? Does that mean they will retire it? :P
But seriously, I never really understood the point of mastering the game. Even if you do beat it, chances are you still can't dance or even hold a rhythym. It always just appealed to me as an easy way to work up a sweat, and take your money while doing it.
I need patronizing like I need a 3rd eyehole.Neoyamaneko
I think what the other guy is trying to say is that this would be a good thread next summer... but effectively saying DDR is 9 years old and some change, doesn't really mean much.
