If you have never seen the Cleopatra boss you should check it out on youtube to get the full effect, it's quite disturbing.

My first choices were the Broodmother and Cleopatra, but I see they've already been mentioned. I also think that the gluttony monster from Dante's Inferno is pretty disgusting. Actually, pretty much everything in Dante's Inferno is disgusting.
