is the multiplayer finally fixed?

loved all the TW games

loved Shogun 2

HATED Shogun 2 multiplayer. it was a buggy mess full of cheaters that use drop hack. completely ruined the multiplayer part of the game. haven't the devs ever played Starcraft 2? that's how you do multiplayer

anyways, before I buy this, just wanted to ask if anyone here tried multiplayer, and if it fixed the problems the original Shogun 2 had
