Destiny and the crew requiring an always online connection does not make sense if your internet goes down, psn or xbox live then your game is useless, there is no justification to require internet connection for single player, this is really turning me off and I refuse to support these games.

Destiny never sold itself as an MMO but more of a co-op Borderlands esq experience, no? The Crew advertised as more of an MMO game but if there's more than 2-3 other players in the world with me it's a rare day in the Crew which is laughable.

I think I have to agree with you on that. Games that are either single-player only or multi-player only should be less in price. Unless the content of the single-player only games justifies the $60 purchase (like in case of RPGs etc). Multiplayer only games should be $30 or something.

a racing game should have an offline mode so i agree with this... even if most of the game is online
