How interesting will be The Last of us remastered photo mode

Naughty dog has revealed new photo mode in new version of Last of us coming for PS4 on 30th July . They recently uploaded a video showing how it will work in game . I can see myself using this feature again and again and sharing it among friends on PSN and Facebook , i think it could be pretty cool . What is your view on it ?. Oh ya and here is that video !

Will this allow to no-clip around the level or is it anchored down on the character?

i think its gonna be cool.. i spent alot of time in photo mode in Infamous Second Son.. I think its a feature that Sony should add to all of their games from now on.

Can somebody explain what this is for a non-PS owner?
