GTA V Online XBox 360 - Need help with heists

Ive recently begun the fourth heist, Series A Funding, and I am having trouble finding people to complete the 5 setup missions.

No one joins the lobby.

So I am here to ask you good folks if anyone can help, ideally I need 3 people to complete it?

My Gamertag is ArtyParker and I am generally on after 4pm - 5pm, -05:00 UTC time zone (East Canada).
