Good Single Player Games?

So I have a 360 and PS3 and have mostly stuck with MP for the most part. With Ni No Kuni just out I'm starting to see I might of missed out on some really good games. What are some great SP games that I should play through before the new systems start coming out?

Demons Souls and Dark Souls are both under $20 now and are two of my favorite games this gen. Also just picked up Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition for $20 the other day and its been fun

The Walking Dead Episodes 1-5 from Telltale games is excellent

Batman Arkham Asylum/Arkham City are both great games

Enslaved Odyssey to the west is a brilliant single player game

Doom 3 BFG Edition

Far Cry 3

RDR

Bioshock

Single player is so much better than multiplayer:

lots of great suggestions there. but maybe you should be a little more specific? pretty much every game has single player. what type of genre do you like?
