... and given the money they've put into it, as well as the fact that Square-Enix has been working on this for only the PS3 for a long time (and thus uses a lot of its unique components), it would be nigh impossible to port without compromises and time. Think back to Resident Evil 4 and how it took 8 months before the game came out. Then also think about how SquareEnix rarely if ever ports new games (in other words, forget about 8 and 16-bit era games and focus only on what has been made since the PS1/N64 era)... the only one that comes to mind is Final Fantasy XI, and they only brought that to the 360 because the lack of PS2 HDD sales crippled the PS2 version of the game.
Porting a brand new game would be a major paradigm shift for the company, and given the PS3's relative success in Japan, I doubt it's going to be ported.
