I recently returned my Xbox 360 to EB Games with a couple of games as well and they gave me a store credit of $75 on my Edge card. I wanted to buy a copy of Dragon Age: Inquisition however they were all sold out. So I went home and decided to order a copy delivered to my house. I go through the whole order and everything is good but at the very end on the order review screen it said my order was denied. I reviewed to order and realized some mistakes on my billing address so I cancelled the transaction and went through the process again however now my store credit has magically disappeared. I did not complete the first transaction but for some reason they still took all my store credit. Has anyone had experience with this before? I would really like my store credit back to buy Inquisition. EB Games support has shit all for me so far. I have the receipt so I think I am gonna have to hike back out to the store to fix this.
