The original Deus Ex......by a LONG shot.

The original Deus Ex is viewed as a classic in the genre, meanwhile Invisible War is viewed by many (mostly those who actually played the original Deus Ex) as one of the most disappointing sequels in gaming to the point that asking "which is better, Deus Ex or Invisible War?" is like asking "which is better, Aliens or Alien 3?"

Yup, Deus Ex is better, but Invisible War is a great game too and it carries on the story, which is awesome.
