DayZ Causing Me Problems (again)

So I got a new gaming PC for Christmas, and one of the first games I got was DayZ. So I played for a week or two, and I finally found a shotgun (I know I'm bad). So the next day I went to play, and it just refused to launch. The user account control window popped up that said "do you want to allow the program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?" If I click yes, it brings up the small steam window as if it's launching, then it brings up the user account control window again. If I click no, it just says failed to launch in DayZ's console. If I disable UAC, it just does the steam thing as if it's launching, and never does anything.
