I've watched enough of these threads play out to know this is going to turn into a flame war. The level of discourse has only gotten worse the longer this madness goes on, so let's save ourselves some time and just lock this down.

And maybe -- just maybe -- we can stop having threads on this ridiculous subject? I'll have to start handing out suspensions if this carries on at this rate.
