I came home, not too long ago as of this writing, and was sad to see this piece of news come up on my FB wall. I wanted to share it with you all, seeing as how no one has brought it up yet.

This is very sad news if you ask me. I'm an 80s videogamer that was born in the 80s and was raised in the 90s, so I've seen this show plenty of times and remember this actor. Very sad all around if you ask me. May he RIP!

R.I.P.

I never watched the actual show, I've only seen clips of it.

I was a huge fan of that show, and I admit it, I did the Mario. (...swing your arms from side to side, come on it's time to go! Do the Mario!)

Sad news. Then again, he was 71. That show will alway be a part of my childhood memories, as will the theme song.

Ugh... Thanks Randolph, that's going to stick in my head for at least another day or two now.

That's sad. Isn't Capt. Lou Albano (Mario) also dead?

I grew up in the 80's and I too did the Mario.

Yep. He died in 2009, I believe.
