I'd suggest buying the Collectors Edition Disk. It includes Majora's Mask, Zelda I, and Zelda II. Definitely awesome.

um, u guys are forgetting, majora's mask and the other Zelda games can be played on N64, and he may have already played. The bonus disc is the ONLY one that comes with master quest, it's never going to be released on the VC either.

Why don't you get a Wii though? Then you can download OoT and play those games using backward comp as well as twilight princess?

Do the games play well on the GC? I mean, does the control scheme fit?

Good luck finding 'em in the first place. And yes, get the collector's. I've got both.

Go with the Collector's Disc. It's got more games. Also the Master Quest game is pretty much the same as OoT but it's harder and some puzzles have been changed.

DriftRS

That's not true, over time all the third party Nintendo titles are going to be on the Virtual Console. Even the overseas titles like Lost Levels.

Ohhh you're not in America?

Then it could be a bit tougher to find either one of those disks.

Ebay is worldwide though so that's good

I'd get the collectors disc, because it has Ocarina on it anyways, as well as Majora's Mask, Zelda1 and Zelda 2. Master Quest is super cool, but not that much cooler than Ocarina on it's own.

Forget about downloading the games on the VC and Master Quest. Just get Collector's Edition, it also has Majora's Mask.

The answer is simple: get the Collector's Edition. They both usually cost the same, and the CE is so much better.

No, third party titles have nothing to do with this. Lost levels was acctually released on the console, just in japan, Master Quest was never ever released on any console as a proper game, it was a bonus, you were never able to go into a store and acctually buy it. Who knows it might come out on the VC, but judging by the releases so far, it's not very likely.

So yah, all the games on the collectors disk can be bought on the VC, except majora's mask, but that will be released eventually, thats why I'd have gone with the bonus disk.
