I'd have to say Wind Waker. Mostly because I wanted something new to the series, something less serious and more. Visuallyfree to say the least. I guess that I was tired of the serious-ness of the Zelda series for a bit. And honestly, It's the only game that I still own for the cube.
Windwaker was great! But If it wasn't for the sailing.....I'm going to say Ocarina just because It's that good of a game. The game could have done better with updated graphics for the cube but whatever.
Thats really hard cause I am tied between ocarina of time and twilight princess. As much as I like wind waker, I still prefer the more traditional graphics over the cell shaded ones and a more serious story. Twilight princess by far had the most mature story line. But Ocarina is a classic and still probably the greatest of the zelda games.
Wind Waker. An original and dramatic story. and amazing boss fights put this over TP, which was basically a compilations of Ocarina's structure/story, and ripped off WW's last boss fight anyway.
