I was just browsing games and I saw Animal Crossing and thought it looked really cool. I could probably pick it up and a Gamecube controller pretty cheap, but I just want to know if you guys think it's a good game still and if it'd be worth it. Thanks!
if u have a ds, i suggest u get it on there. its online, which means u can meet other people in diff towns. now that one is addicting. ive had it for a year, andstill play it.
I found it to be a bit boring, but that is me. I would get it new just for the Memory Card that comes with it. I don't like my GameStop memory cards that I have.
It's a great game but eventually you'll wonder why you're wasting your time on it but I guess that's no different than any other game.
The DS version is probably better. You can visit other people and have them visit you easily. In the Cube version you have 3 rooms, one being a basement, and you can only use wallpaper and carpet on 2 rooms while in the DS version I think you can have up to 5 rooms and decorate them to your heart's content.
I played the Cube version and then the DS and enjoyed them both. If you've got some cash, get the Cube version, play the crap out of it and then get the DS version.
