Donate it to a local hospital and have your parents or yourself take it off their taxes. Since it's a donation you can get close to retail price for it.
That way you get much more then anyplace will give for it and do a good deed.
You prolly won't get much on ebay unless you're including games and/or extra controllers. I got a cube, 2 nintendo mem card, and controller for about $33 shipped. You might be able to sell for more but don't expect much more than that.
