metroid is definitely a must have game for gamecube, you'll be amazed with the gameplay it has to offer, another game to take under consideration would be legend of zelda wind waker, and dont forget super smash bros

yeah metroid prime is awesome and has some of the best and smoothest graphics EVER!! also try mgs twin snakes, resis 4 and resis 1

Metroid Prime is pretty good. Go pick up your copy of RE4 and SSBM if you haven't yet.
