I was wondering if anyone still plays star wars rogue squadron 2 and 3 for the gamecube? i remember playing them and i want to buy my friends gamecube for 35 bucks and buy both those games cause they were totally amazing. does anyone still play them and is it worth it to buy the gamecube for just those games or are there any other really good games for it?

well that depends on what gernes you like. star wars is cool but not great in my opinion. there is plenty other good stuff on the gamecube. try the zelda games or super smash brothers.

Yeah I still play those games from time to time. It's crazy to think that those games are a lot better than some of the Wii stuff coming out right now.

I wouldn't buy a console just for two games but there are a lot of great games out there for the cube. If you are a star wars fan it's worth check out 'Star Wars-The Clone Wars' on the cube which is not bad.

There's a Gamecube recommendation thread on this forum that might convince you a bit more.

Yeah, I'm a proud owner of a cube too, and I have both games and I indeed still play them... Actually, I was playing Rogue Squadron 1 for the N64 just a few days ago... if you can, get the N64 and get that game too, and Battle for Naboo

Try getting Metal Arms, a Glitch in the system

Different gameplay styles, but hellishly funny dialoge

Rogue Leader III is worth it just to play the multiplayer.

I still play that against friends now and then.
