Poll Do you care that Forza Horizon 2 is going to run at 30 FPS on Xbox One? (10 votes)

No, 30 FPS looks just as good as 60 FPS OR it doesn't matter 60%
Yes, 60 FPS is important for fluidity and smoothness of games and provides a better experience 30%
No opinion / show results 10%

It was revealed recently by the Forza Horizon 2 devs that the game will be running at 1080p/30. A lot of people are up in arms about this - but what do you think? Does the frame rate a game runs at affect your purchasing decision?

Forza Horizon 1 was locked at 30 FPS, for reference.

I know this is off-topic but I'm getting the 360 version so it's not a big deal to me.

I love Forza and have owned/beat every one. That said, I couldn't really get into Horizon, and I love Ibiza and EDM. I think it was more frustrating than anything because the races were always so short you didn't have enough time to get to the front while driving clean.

This said, races in FM5 re a bit short for my liking as well!

FH1 to me felt so smooth that I didn't even realise it was half the framerate of FM until recently when they announced the framerate of this game. Forza games always feel great and after playing the demo for this game it's quite obvious this is no exception. While I would love to have 60fps, it's far from game breaking for me, it's a beautiful game and I don't notice any input lag so bring it on.
