The first FF game you played?

The first one I had was FFIX. At first, I couldn't careless about it. And when I played, it was soo cool! Then I got FFX. Then FFVII. That's when I started to fall in love with Final Fantasy.

IX was my first one, and my favorite one :) And the only one that didn't let me down :P And it's still as great to play as it was then :D

The first Final Fantasy game I played was the american FF2 for Super NES. Then a few years ago I started with IX, would've started earlier but I have something against Sony.

First I got FF8 and played half of it......then started FF7 and played half of that...........went back and finished FF8 ......but then lost my FF7 save so I started that again and played upto half again....then got FF9 played half of that game and started FF6...finished that game straight away...finished FF9 and then tried finishing FF7 but my save got lost again so restarted FF7 this time I finished it properly...then got FF10 played that in one go too..recently got FF10-2 but I gave up in the first 6 hours....it was just tooo horrible.

Final Fantasy Legends III, and it still lives in my heart.

Since my cart has a faulty battery, I can't save my game on FFLIII, so I had to play it like everyday dawn till dusk straight.

Next in line was FFVII, and the rest was history.

I never heard of final fantasy the games. I know it sounds crazy but i owned a n64 and didnt have a internet connection or read any game mags besides nintedo power. So after watching ff:tsw on dvd i went to special features and there i saw the ffx trailer. That started my hunt for remaing final fantasy games since ps2 had just came out and slowly ps1 games would disapear. That christmas I bought ff7, ff8, ff9, ff 5+6 (anthonogly) but bak to the topic my first ff game that i played was ff8

FF7 is the one that hooked me into the RPG genre.
