Crashing on startup on PS4. Any help please?

Downloaded the special edition today while it is on the list for January sales. However, every time I try to open it, it loads for about 5 seconds and then quits to the dash and saying an error has occurred (CE-34878-0).

I have googled it, and from what I can tell the game is just broken, but then why would it be sold like this? I have tried calling Playstation support but they are closed because it's Christmas. Any fix for this? Is it even possible to get a refund, or have I just thrown away £45?

Is that the one that logs you out of the PS4? If so, this is a PS4 issue and not DA. The answer is to start in safe mode and rebuild the database. Only takes a few minutes and fixed my similar problem with TLOU remastered.

That is a simple fix. Delete the game amd redownload it. Before you run tje game next, Make sure to press the options button and check for updates.
