Failed to log in to DARK SOULS 2 game server. ?

So I recieved the game today 2 days early, but am unable to play online. I keep getting the error in the thread title and it says to go to www.namcobandaigames.eu/support but that address doesn't seem to work.

Anyone from UK or Europe been able to play online yet? Or are the servers not yet on?

I'm having the exact same problem. I have got the pre-order copy several days ago and neither the online mode nor the pre-order bonus weapons are working for me. Quite frustrating. Can't even find any credible info related to this issue.

Any news on this? I cant go online still...

@ninjaqueen: I've just tried again, but still no luck. I can't find any info either, tried namcobandai's uk twitter but got no reply.

I have the same issue. I'm in the netherlands, just got the game and i can't connect to server. Bummer. Don't know why. But 1 of u guys asked about the bonus dlc. That's downloadable as of tomorrow as it should say on your voucher

Mine says accesible from 14-3-2014 till 14-3-2019. So there's that. Still don't know what's up with the server tho.

I also can't login, I'm in the UK too. Has to be cos the game isn't released til tomorrow, so the servers are on lock down. I'm waiting til tomo, I'm not playing offline, no way!

It's everywhere. Sometimes you can log on for a while, but then you are disconnected for a while. Then you reconnect and disconnect. I have a lot of issues in Colorado however, my friend in NY doesn't have as many issues. Wish they would get it sorted out and/or at least post some damn updates on their forums/twitter to let people know an ETA. I understand rocky launches, that is fine. However, this has been going on for 4 days...

Can anyone click on Go Online i can't?

I live in new zealand and i can't login to the dark souls 2 game server at all.

i bought the game the day after it was released, on sat 16th i was able to go online for a few hours but then it disconnected

everyday since it just won't login, is any one else in NZ or AUS having this problem?
