That URL just leads to a "post new topic" page, so we can't see what you were trying to post. Try taking a screenshot instead. As the error implies, there was a word over 80 characters in length somewhere, and this feature is used to discourage spamming. Like a lot of censors and whatnot there are probably a few flaws with it. I reckon you were probably trying to post a long URL in the post. Click the button on the far-right of the bottom row of the text editor. This switches to HTML source mode. Look for a long string of characters with no spaces in them. If it's a URL, you can shrink it using something like TinyURL.
