I'm sure you're aware of the limit of posts a user can make in a single topic on a row. I understand why such a limit exists, but both the threshold that triggers the hiatus and the time it takes to revoke it are ridiculous. I mean I made two posts in a topic almost two hours ago and I still can't post there. This really undermines the forums' experience and disrupts activity.

I made a similar topic here many months ago and it remains unchanged. The threshold is too stringent and the cool-down time is absurdly long. Moreover, this shouldn't be applied to users indiscriminately: new users should be subject to it as it currently stands, but older ones should have more lenient standards.

I agree, it does seem like it's a bit strange given the date of your registration and your post count. I'll have the devs look into it.
