What happened to my ratings?

I rated close to a 100 games over several years in GameSpot. Now it seems that all my ratings are gone. It was the only place where I was rating games.. What happened and how can I restore my ratings???

Also - I tried to use the 'ask a question' feature to submit this issue and never received any confirmation that the question has been submitted.

Go to your Profile > Reviews. In the filters section on the right select 'Ratings' then click on 'Apply Filters'.

Geez.. I like to think I don't fall into non-intuitive UI traps - but this one clearly outdid me.
