videos color are messed up...help plz

the color is just green and blue...happens on gametrailers and other game, non-game related websites.  but i can still view some videos from the inet, and any video from my computer works just fine.

i have no idea whats wrong

...sry if im not suppose to be posting this on this board then...i know its not gamespot.  i tried asking in off-topic as i wasnt sure what other board to post in and no one answered, but someone just put a link to this board.  its not gamespot, but im just lookin for someone to help me as i have no clue whats wrong.  It just started a couple days ago outta nowhere.
