Videos are always pausing during playback...

For about two months now, no matter where I'm at on this site, all videos play for a few seconds and then pause. The sound runs smooth though. I've tried reducing the video quality setting but that doesn't help. Anyone know how to fix this?

I am having the same problem on the site. Even worse! Vids don't play AT ALL.

I made this same thread a few weeks back and even had a poll. Bunch of cheap fucks as the advertisements play flawlessly but then the actual video you want plays like chunky peanut butter. lol It just happened again while watching the alien isolation review and during the review an ad came on way down the page and it was in spanish. Am I in mexico mother ucker!!!

I've also been having this problem for a few months. Ads play without a hitch then a full stop during the feature video at 5secs in (though rarely after a few seconds longer). This only happens on Gamespot. This seems to occur on almost all videos on the site, though "Reality Check" seems to play fine. All other video sites run smoothly. Occurs when using Chrome and Firefox. AVG running or not has no effect. No other downloads ongoing, no other PCs/consoles interfering.
