Profile avatar not showing up properly

This is weird, my avatar picture shows up fine in the forums but I still have that default helmet picture when I leave comments on articles. Could someone help me with this?

The comments on articles are handled by livefyre so it's likely a sync issue. We're not even sure if livefyre is staying or going in the long run atm either.
