Official Threads and Archive sticky

OT has the same topics rehashed over and over again

So I was thinking, why not, like the legendary YLYL thread, have only one?

As in,

"Official PYP Thread"
"Official YLYL Thread"

etc.

And then make a "OT Official Thread Archive" locked sticky that includes links of all the official threads

These threads should be allowed to be bumped regardless of when the last post in said thread was

And

any duplicates of said thread should either be locked or purged
