I'm not sure what's doing it but I'd guess it's the search bar, it's happened to me twice now on two different pages. I'll be towards the bottom of a page, scroll slightly up, and the page jumps to the top while the search bar flickers for a few seconds.

Windows 10 machine with same version of Chrome as last time.

It happened again so I took a 5 second video of what it was doing with my phone, could have gotten a program to record the screen but meh, i'm lazy. This does the same job, you can see the flickering fairly easy.

It's happened on both news articles and browsing the forums, I'd guess it's something tied to $(window).scroll().

I didn't see scrolling in your video, but definitely saw the flickering. That doesn't look code-related...perhaps there was a bad ad in the rotation that made the page freak out, or a conflict with one of your extensions.

Is anyone else seeing this?

I haven't been able to replicate this since the video last night either. Couldn't record and scroll at the same time, just seemed like scrolling initiated the flickering.
