Notifications not pop-out anymore?

It seems that there's a new bar at the top of the screen and previously,notifications could pop-out when the mouse was over it and easily check them out. Now it doesn't anymore and have to click and check on a new page.

Is it only me?

It's working fine for me.

@MonsieurX: what browser are you using? and operating system would be helpful. I'll look into it.

Firefox,running it under Windows 7 64 bits

I'm using Chrome on Ubuntu 12.04 and i'm having issues with the notifications as well.

any updates?

@stylyy: I am having the same issue. Same on Firefox and Chrome.

Tested with firefox on another PC and it was working fine but still having issues on my main PC
