Missing Emblems

Well, since the official missing emblem thread was closed back in May of 2006, I guess I'll start another one.

Anyways, several weeks ago my Soapbox emblem disappeared, and it never came back. I worked really hard to earn that emblem, and to have it taken away from me for no reason is very disheartening. Can I please have my emblem that I worked hard to earn back? Also, I played the Scavenator and never got the emblem for that either.
