Links and videos don't work in Chrome

Adblock is disabled on latest version of Chrome (24.0). Gamespot links and videos work in IE and Firefox. This is the only website that has these issues on my computer.

What happens when you click a link or try to play a video? I only ask because I use Chrome and I haven't had any problems with this site, but I have had problems playing videos on other sites. Most of the time a video will start and then it will stop and start loading, but will never play again.

Videos won't play - not even once.

i have adblock enabled on firefox but it still loads and plays the video (without the ad haha)

my google chrome is vanilla. no extensions nada. and it still doesnt play videos. sometimes it does. like once out of 100 attempts. and that doesnt mean refreshing 100 times, it means,, by chance

so adblock is not an issue i think. any solution?

@masadwi: i just realized this conversation started before the layout change

my videos used to work before.. not anymore in the new gamespot.. on chrome that is.. firefox loads them fine
