Level system is working. Note you are on level 63, which is one of the longest levels on the site. Often times, it will take 3 to 4 days to gain 1% even if you max cap everyday. It's possible that you aren't reaching the daily cap for your level. You can check how to gain XP towards your level here, if you haven't yet. :)

Thanks, I knew 63 was a tough level, just seemed like had a big jump to 14%, then stayed there for a few days. No worries.

Logging in nets you 20% of your daily cap. What if you stay logged in? Do you still get a % just for opening the site every day? Visiting pages grants you points. Check the level guide we published a while ago.
