Is there an easier way to edit signatures?

I seem to be having tremendous difficulty just updating the simplest things.  Whenevr I try to submit something, it says my signature has reached its limit, and when I refresh, that number keeps rising and rising.  The weird thing is, I delete everything in my signature, and it stilll shows the message.  That is really weird considering there was nothing there.

I know I also have less than 200 words, but I cant update.

Have you toggled your HTML source and cleared everything, and then trying to apply?

I get this message: " Errors: The maximum allowed size for a signature is 1024 characters. Your signature is 1072 characters long." even though I have nothing in my sig. Whenever I try to submit it wont let me because of that

It appears that you were able to change it, correct? If so, may I ask what was the problem, for future refrence?

That is weird. Have you tried logging out and in again. If not, refresh your browser to get rid of cookies and such.

Yeah. The HTML factor maybe the reason.

Now when I just go into the forum editor and hit submit it wont even let me do anything. It says I have reached the limit despite the fact I already have the same stuff as my sig.

This is more frustrating than annoying. I seriously hope someone tells me how to fix this or you guys fix it.

You may have missed the part about "Toggling HTML" - what they meant was to click the button on your editor that looks like "< >" and then cleaning up all the unnecessary tags that are in there, and are counting towards your character limit. I went ahead and deleted all the extra "< i >"s that were cluttering up your signature so you should be able to edit and save your signature again.
