I'm currently an officer in my union, the leader's going to transfer his leadership to me shortly because he doesn't have the time to run the union and nobody's posting in it, my union's not MIA or AWOL though. I just know of a few similar fated unions like this so is it possible for a merger? Thanks in advance.
