It is indeed a moderation issue, as Jerell_rast pointed out. Your user level is either negative karma or warned. Those are both results of moderations on GameFAQs, and since their mods deal with the game-specific boards, their punishments apply. There is currently no way of finding out which punishment you've received.
If you're at Warned status (which is most likely), you will be set back to normal within 2-3 days (though the information might be a little outdated). If you're in Negative Karma status, you'll have to keep visiting a game-specific board every day until you get enough karma back. Karma is the levelling system on GameFAQs, and you earn one karma point per day, so you'll have to keep coming back until your karma gets back up to 0.
