How to change profile picture?

I went to settings and it says to click on image to change it, and when i clicked on it. nothing happened. Any help on what I should do?

Make sure the image size is correct and that you're trying to upload the right one (there's avatar, user picture and background).

I went ahead and cleared them for you in case there was something there that wasn't displaying correctly, so try uploading it again.

that's the photo im trying to use. I used it before.

Seems to be fine. Maybe try adding the image here http://www.gamespot.com/profile/images/ and then use it as an avatar?
